User Friendly System The trakmywheels system has been designed with the ease of use in mind. The highly complex technology used to track vehicles is presented to you via an easy to use web log in which can be accessed from anywhere in the world! Choose from 2 different packages – our entry level “Standard” system and the “Fleet Pro” systems are both available on a minimum 30 day “pay as you use” basis. We encourage new customers to use the “Standard” package first which can be simply upgraded to the “Fleet Pro” system by paying the difference in cost between the 2 systems.

Journey Start and Stop Journey start and Stop events are all displayed in the history section of the log in. Each event is date and time stamped which can then be expanded on to reveal the location.

Access to 5 Maps The user can change the map from a choice of 5 different types. Each map places a different emphasis on certain information such as Motorways, Streets, Public Transport and even a map displaying density of population.

Optional “Cigar Lighter” Plug in As standard, the tracking device comes with a Cigar Lighter plug which can be easily attached to the cable. However, we recommend a permanent connection which requires a separate ignition feed to provide full access to the graphical historic reporting. This can be installed easily by a car stereo of mobile phone fitter or through our network of UK approved installers at a cost of £79.00 per vehicle.

Google Satellite and Street View This feature allows the vehicle location to be photographically viewed from above or even at street level. You can then navigate your way around the Google street view as if you were driving. This shows photographic detail at street level of the majority of streets in the UK.

Geofence (Fleet Pro users only) This feature which is only available on our Fleet Pro system, sends an alert when a vehicle enters and/or exits a designated area. For example; home, office, cities, towns, streets etc. Alerts can be viewed via the web log in or sent via text message to a mobile phone.

Speed Filtering Where a journey is displayed in the history section, the line between the start and stop can be broken in to different colours according to how fast the vehicle is travelling. This represents an excellent way to monitor if the vehicle is driven safely within the speed limits.

Graphical History From installation, your tracking system will store the history of all of your vehicle’s movements. This history can also be viewed via your unique log in, showing the location of where the Journey commenced to where the journey was finished with the driven route displayed on the map.

Live Vehicle Tracking Trakmywheels will show your vehicle position LIVE on a user-friendly screen map displaying your exact vehicle position using Satellite GPS (Global Positioning System) technology. This information is then communicated to the Internet using the mobile phone data network. This graphical information can then be accessed via the Internet with your unique username and password.
